  1. Fist: Shopko Easter stuff 90% off. It is in the back kind of by the camping stuff!!!

Second: How do you go about complaining to a company about their cashiers???
Target, in Jordan Landing....I bought a few things the other day and was sure how much I should be paying. But when the total came it was off by $1.50... not a lot I know but when I was going to my car I was reading the receipt and noticed they had only applied 3 of my 4 coupons. I then opened one of my Glade tin candles to smell it and found out there was NO candle inside. I went to customer service and they gave me a new one, but there was no way to prove I had given the cashier 4 coupons....FRUSTRATED. Is there a better way to make sure they scan them all. Then this week I got a very cocky cashier who tried to tell me that when even if a coupon says "any size" they still can't use it towards trail size stuff...I told her yes you can, but it kept beeping. I told her it was because the coupon was for $1 off and the product was only $0.97. That she just needed to adjust the coupon to $0.97. Her response was "no... we don't do that, it just means we aren't suppose to except that coupon for trial sized merchandise." By the time I was done I was shaking. Then she had the nerve to say to the lady behind, "so sorry about that, we just get these COUPON ladies that take forever". What would you have done????

  2. Unfortunately some cashiers don't get it. And them not allowing you to use your coupon is a training issue. Target's coupon policy states that if the value of the coupon is higher then the value of the item, then they can adjust the coupon down. You can print the coupon policy from Target's website and take it with you if there is any dispute. I had had issues a few times with Walmart employees and have asked for a manager. In each case I was correct and the cashier was not. This is definitely a training issue since Target will be making more money off your coupon than the shelf price.

  3. I too have had issues with them not scanning in all my coupons. So I will watch the screen and if it looks like they had to "hit" a button before the next one rings in I will have them look at the screen so they don't miss some of my coupons. When I have made a mistake with couponing and I talk to customer service I haven't had any issues with them not being helpful. Sounds like a bad shopping trip. Look at their website and see if you can contact them.
