My Menu

So here is my menu for this week.  Again my family is on there own when it comes to lunch or breakfast but here are my dinner ideas:
**Realize I don't shop at all these stores.  I take my ads and price-match at Walmart)

FRIDAY

Tender BBQ Chicken Legs (.99/lb at Smith's)
Baked Potatoes (.99 for 10 lb bag at Rancho or about 1.78 at Walmart)
Sour Cream (.88 Smith's)
Pillsbury Rolls (Good deal at Smith's)
Steamed Cauliflower (Ream's .69/lb)
SATURDAY

Date Night:  Kid's Get Stouffer's (Macey's 5.74 with coupon  or Target 5.24 with coupon)

SUNDAY

Pork Chops and Gravy (Pork Chops 1.59 at Fresh Market.  Using cream soup from case lot sales)
Mashed Potatoes (99 for 10 lb bag at Rancho or about 1.78 at Walmart)
Steamed Green Beans (Using from the case lot sales)
Salad
MONDAY
Taco Soup with Black Beans (Ground Beef 93% Lean 1.97 Sunflower.  Using beans, corn and tomatoes from case lot sales)
Cheese (Smith's or Walmart for .99 - 1.00 pkg with coupon)
Sour Cream (.88 Smith's)
Tortilla Chips
Fresh Fruit (Cantaloupe or Honeydew .33/lb at Fresh Market)

TUESDAY
Spaghetti (Ground Beef 93% Lean 1.97 Sunflower, Ragu Sauce .69 with coupon at Fresh Market)
Pasta Noodles (.99 pkg at Fresh Market)
Green Beans (Using from case lot sales)
Salad
French Bread (I know someone has it on sale for .99 I just can't remember where)

 WEDNESDAY
Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas (Pork Sirloin Roast 1.38 Macey's or 1.59 Fresh Market)
Cheese (Smith's or Walmart for .99 - 1.00 pkg with coupon)
Sour Cream (.88 Smith's)
Avocadoes (Smith's .50)
Tomatoes (.33/lb at Rancho or .79/lb Ream's)

THURSDAY
Breaded Garlic Chicken in Lemon Butter Sauce (The last several weeks Walmart has had their Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken for 1.78/lb.  I am hoping it is still on sale)
Pasta (.99 a pkg Fresh Market or Macey's has their Lipton Sides for .88 a pkg)
Salad
FRIDAY

Cheeseburgers (Ground Beef 93% Lean 1.97 Sunflower, Kraft Slices at Smith's)
Frozen Fries
Fresh Fruit (Grapes .88/lb Ream's)
**You can add breadcrumbs, oatmeal, rice or some other type of filler to your hamburger with an egg to stretch it.**
